yeap.......I haven't had the misfortune of having to rely on epasporte to do something for me but since they respond emails 2+ weeks later, my visa card hasn't arrived yet (it's been a while)......and their phone lines are always congested (30+ min wait)........I wouldn't expect much from them (what a joke of a company).......Good Luck though!
