The first down time I've seen at Phatservers for a couple years, except for
the ones I caused by remotely installing a new operating system or something
like that.
What puzzles me is why they didn't just get in their time machine
and go back and fix the air conditioning before it broke. I know they have a
secret time machine because that's the only way they could respond to tech
support requests as fast as they do. There's no way to do some of the things
we've asked them to do and reply back as quickly as they do, so I know they
must go back in time to before they recieved the request and start working on
it ahead of time.
