the drive failed because it was faulty, and FYI I run smartctl and badblocks every week and they never showed anything wrong
I know what that is, I rebooted forcing fsck "shutdown -rF now" (take note of the command in case you ever need it damn fucking idiot) but showed a ton of errors and after another reboot the disk was dead

Did you let the drive cool all the way down and try spinning it up again? I've recovered data from a drive with bad bearings by putting it into a ziplock bag and putting it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then installing it, copying what I could, and doing it all over again.
Also, 500 servers yourself is a bunch of BS unless all you do is fix them as they go bad. As cheap as drives are you should be doing RAID1.
