So you're telling me I can go out and just sit around waiting for some random chic to walk out of her house then proceed to take pictures of her and follow her around everywhere she goes??? and nothing would happen?
I'll tell you what would happen.. she would call the cops and you'd be arrested. But yet they all get away with it?
