And let's be clear here... I'm not saying Obama is a bad candidate, not saying people shouldn't vote for him either. Fact is, in the news and media spots I've seen of him, he comes off as quite the speaker and very personable. Despite what others say I think he is one of the few in the running worth voting for.
I just want to make sure he's being backed for the right reasons, especially by celebrity entities with huge viewerships like Oprah.
Do you not think a lot of folks are going to see it as "here's the first black candidate on the scene and BAM... there's Oprah magically backing him"

I think a lot of people in America could view it that way. Shoot me for pointing it out all you want but wouldn't your time be better spent showing why you think her motives are pure and solely based on his fitness to be president?

And quit trying to turn what I said into me being some sort of racist, pussyserver. You tend to sling that "you're a racist" at everyone who says even the slightest thing that runs contrary to your agenda. I'm far from it actually.
