How many hours a day do you sit in front of the puter? Chances are, it's more than 8 to 10 hours if you're full time in this biz. So combine that with lifting weights, and it's a recipe for roids.
Sit on one of those doghnuts and drink fiber drinks so you never get constipated, and they should go away.
