Well first off yes the fact that she is no longer "officially single" to start. I always had this feeling (dumb as it may be) that if this guy can rig her there maybe a chance for me...TRUST me living in LA weirder things have happened.
2nd even though I can play the step-dad role...the idea of JA with kids kinda ruins it
I dont think her body will suffer, these days especially if a girl is working they get back to original shape fast!
The ultimate bummer would probably be that she is stuck with Cash Warren. Because even if all the moons aligned and lighting struck twice in the same place and my dream "JA and I world" came to life...this douche bag would still be around every other weekend to pick up and drop off the kid.
