but still.... it doesn't look like a real news story. its not online anywhere, and it doesn't say what he was arrested for, thats a pretty critical fact to include and you wouldn't report it by saying "he faces a maximum of 4 years in jail" or "he was arrested" without saying why, for what, what the charges were etc.

nothing about this smells right at all. for all anyone knows RIGHT NOW, its totally fabricated as "news" on someones blog or cut and pasted from another forum.
