Look, I just wrote some cockamaymee crap. If anyone tells you "RSS" is something special, kick them in the nuts. It's just text, formatted a certain way and sent out a certain way. That's where my crap stops and someone with a system to spam a RSS feed into many aggregators, get it crawled, get you traffic, yadda yadda and all that other shit -- I've got no help.
