i think the first girl just had those implants done - they don't look like they're 3 months out of the office yet - which means they're still riding high and hard as her tiny frame adjusts to the massive implant stretching beneath her muscle.

the second tranny looks like she was exactly that - once a boy with no boob mass, implants put in and "bread loafing" occurred, which has nothing to do with the surgeon so much as the pre-existing shape of that person's chest cavity. i always tell girls that are considering implants to release that they aren't going to change the already existing characteristics of their breasts, they're only going to be larger. if your nipples face out like that tranny's naturally, they're going to face out with an implant in them too.
