Concluding what a prosecutor called Richmond's biggest dogfighting case, Stacey A. Miller was sentenced yesterday to four years in prison, fined $20,000 and barred from owning any companion animals.

Three men who pleaded no contest to dogfighting-related charges were each sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison. Louis Snowden-Davis, 37, Simon J. Denby, 34, and Donyell C. Moschetti, 35, all of Dayton, also were ordered to pay more than $100,000
