you have no idea how much of the third world type of countries work.... go up north into thailand/laos etc, go to a village, and ask where all the teenage girls are, 12-16, and they'll tell you've they've 'married' westerners and left the village... its considered OK if the family allows it.... and for a few thousand/hundred bucks, many are willing to be OK with it....
