im confused at the article , it says 9 MEN , then it says 6 of them were under 16.. that's not men.
Its not right but its not rape if the girl agreed , its certainly inappropriate but not rape.
the three men should be charged as men would.
the 6 kids should not have rape charges for taking part in group sex if the girl agreed . if they gang raped her then sure but..
i seem to recall the 10 year old girl was HIV positive. so i think thats some pretty harsh karma right there for all of them.
