It's culture than causes the spike in crime rates and attitudes like pussyserver's that allow it to proliferate, not race or poverty.

I agree that culture plays a huge role in it. But there is no denying that poverty doesn't play a role either. Look at the crime rates for a black male making over $100k a year and one making under $20k a year.
