A controller at our host failed and caused both the A and the B raid backup of our main database file to crash. We are now in the process of re-installing nats and have data revovery people working on the drive.

The good news is it looks like 99% of the data can be recovered. Once we figure out the extent of what was not recoverable, affiliates will be credited for the downtime.
