Games... thats about it for me. Its called dual booting. Both OS's are installed not just the one... your not sacrificing OSX to put windows on it. Then I also use VMWare, which lets you run windows apps right inside your mac desktop. Use that for testing sites with IE, and thats about it.
How many people do you hear about wanting to switch, but not being able to because of some random obscure app that their work requires them to use? With VMWare, Parallels, or dual booting they can.
