blood was great! one of the last FPS's with sprites.. the gameplay was just so good, and the dual use of all weapons.. Yeah wolfenstein was great back in the day.. I think I played one of the first FPS's back on the Atari ST, several years before wolfenstein - it was just two upright 360 degree rotating rectangles, one red and one blue chasing each other through a maze and firing on each other with horizontal rectangles lol.. it was absolutely brilliant for the time.. I had never played anything like it before and was a veteran of the amstrad 64-128/commodore 64 days as well as alley cat/moon patrol era on the pc and various apple games like kung-fu and space trader.. I was totally engrossed playing with a friend, if I was a little older at the time I would have seen it's potential and made some $$

I think it came on a CD with C&VG or Zero..
