My wife loved the buffalo. And I do also, though that could be heritage.
I couldn't tell what the hell was in the pics, except that I was pretty sure I wouldn't eat it.
I actually an quite Americanized. My favorite is barbecue, smoked over low heat for 10-15 hours.
