you can't hang shit off a bridge over a highway.. period. has nothing to do with what the sign says.
some of you other guys are so full of hate for Bush that you have lost all sense of reason. but please... go make a 20 ton steel sign with covered with spikes and broken glass and hang it off the bridge and use the argument "hey, this is protected speech and you have no right to tell me what kind of uninspected, unregulated, unsafe shit i can suspend over a busy freeway"
