Your an experienced WM so you know that much of what you named is not that hard to handle. Setting up the program is a one time work, using ccbill for the start saves you a lot of work. How long can it take, a week if shes completely stupid
There are ready to use solutions to manage ad tools, once implemented you just ad a set daily, edit a video here and there.... thats work for one webmaster, who can also do the aff support at the same time, remember we're talking about just one site, not a complex program. As for the shooting, thats another story, but she's been doing that before the split too.
So as I see it, she just needs 1 skilled webmaster and she can do fine, but finding the skilled webmaster might be the problem. But with her looks, she might find one in exchange for occasional sex easily
