I would love to see one example where a girl splitting up has led to more money for both her and the affiliates. Melissa Midwest is the closest thing I can think of... every other instance has been disaster.

Not that complicated if the girls HAS the looks. First of all, she'll keep pretty much all webmasters who had good sales with her site before the split - so the start is covered. Next big thing to realize, runing the site on her own, she needs MUCH less gross income to make the same money as before. And now she's in full control.
