what would people like to suggest they do? let them get away?
they were doing the right thing just following. had the chopper up, would have followed him with the chopper until he ran out of gas or gave up. it was that fucking moron who decided to commit suicide.
cops did nothing wrong, its all there on tape. now had the video shown that they tried to pull that tactic where they spin the car out, and then caused the accident killing the other driver thats a diff story. cops didn't do shit in this case.
there no transfered liability there.
