Some of these places are funny - at one time the cream of British industry were the occupants - CEO of Heron Group, Chairman of Guinesss (Ernest Saunders) etc.
Once, during the Gulf war one of em wanted to hold an "open day" to raise money for troops etc. They had funfairs and the usual attractions.. even had "helecopter rides" *lol* But nobody tried to escape.
Heron very kindly started the fundraising by dumping $100K into the pot and they managed to raise decent money.
