The thing with getting into stuff like this is you have to take most of their "factual" information with a grain of salt. That's not saying they aren't justified in their claims, or that there isn't factual backing for it. There is in many instances. I watched it, and I was impressed.
I'd briefly read up on the sun worship theories before, and this was a pretty good summary for anyone who hadn't been exposed to them before. It sure is something to think about.
As for the 9/11 stuff, it didn't bring anything new to the table as far a 9/11 conspiracies go. This dead horse has been beaten to a pulp.
The part I found the most interesting was the section on the federal reserve bank. This was mostly stuff I hadn't heard or considered myself. Very interesting, and I've been meaning to head to the bookstore to pick up some more in depth reading on the subject of international banking.
I'd say it's a good watch for anyone who hasn't seen it, but I wouldn't run around toting it as the end all be all of conspiracy documentaries...
