As I understands it, and as it is written, the webmaster is processing the photos?
And I would not say that the §2257 in anyway applies to the webmaster - only to the source he bought it from, and that would be the producer in many cases.
Eventhough we are working on including the releasecontract and model ID's as Paul M, so that the webmaster can be 100% sure, I must admit that I believe that AaronM is more right in the definitions of who and/or what that is required according to §2257... Just my 2 cents...
