I guess Bin Laden claims he did it just to take credit? Saudi's were recruited by the Mossad to fly planes?
I do believe the Bush administration took full advantage of the attacks but I am hard pressed to believe they executed them. There were too many others stopped and successful during the Clinton years to believe this was the one planned and executed by the CIA and Mossad.
