- plenty of good weed/various dope (try south st.)
- hot girls that say "fuck" between every other word, dirty dirty philly girls mmmmmmmm
- very affluent suburbs
- the city is pretty much all wifi wired
- great ethnic cuisine
- hookers downtown, everywhere & massage parlors!!
- 30 mins to Atlantic City

plenty of opportunity to exploit all of the above for profit & fun : )
