as a person you'd meet somewhere, yes.
as a model in pics.... it's debatable.
i'd give this advice: she should either go goth or not. she's applying a little bit of goth and it's making her look spooky but not enough goth to make that spooky attractive.
if she has a good attitude, etc. she could totally be a great model / actress. on looks alone, however, these pictures in particular are just a 6 out of 10.
OH WAIT... I MISSED THE WHOLE POINT...
