cause parents are too lazy to do the work
they want others to do it for them
same as in telivision/movies/internet
they don't want to have to check everything or do anythign to prevent their kids from seeing such conent/material, but they won't do anythign about it
rather raise hell and talk loud and blame others then to do it themselves
