Try the following:
Make a tincture.
Take your favorite alcohol to do shots with, something high proof, I recommend tequila but vodka, rum, whatever...
Soak the shrooms - doesn't matter if you start with them dried or fresh and wet. I recommend at least a few hours but overnight or 48 hours or even more is ideal. Don't worry about the bluish tint it might impart - usually that is a good sign.
Pour the booze and take a shot or two... be careful not to overdo it. You don't have to eat any of the solids, just leave them soaking. The alcohol will extract all the psylicibin from the fungus. It actually can improve the flavor of tequila by imparting a certain nuttiness (no pun intended) which is not unpleasant at all.
You can certainly make mixed drinks too but I recommend sticking with shots since it is easier to measure amount/effect.
