Actually Lee is a woman, and yes, if your sponsor is providing your card, then you can get one outside of the USA.
Payoneer has been a mainstream payment option for quite some time, but is just now venturing into the adult marketplace. They have much better features on their cards than ePass, such as higher daily limits, and an actual MasterCard debit card that works everywhere, unlike ePass Visa Electron card.

Some of the fees are a little higher, but I don't mind because I am tired of the ePass bullshit like what happened about 10 days ago.
