I am aware that any contract is a two way deal.
Ie TR promise x amounts of shoots and income to model in exchange for her exclusivity and other values and goodwill.
You cannot make an exclusive contract and then not live up to it on your part, then the contract becomes void. Lots of peeps in this industry think they can get a gullible young model to sign a legal document which is one sided.. and those are not legal contracts in the eyes of the law.

TR contracted for X days of work. The model failed to fully perform most of those days and even failed to show up on others. TR ended up paying us for more days of production than what the contract was for. Why? Because we were there ready to work and she was not. We gave her every opportunity to fulfill her contract. She failed miserably to fulfill hers...Yet, she still got paid and is bound to her exclusive contract.
FYI, her SCP was trying to book her for shoots WHILE she was shooting with me. He never had ANY intentions of upholding her end of the contract. He did that because he does not care about her personally or her liabilities and the contract had nothing to do with him so there's no threat to him there. He also physically and emotionally abused her in front of various people involved with the production.
Oh, and they also tried to steal clothing and props fom the set.
