I think part of the problem is that it hurts so bad at first, and women don't realize that if you can relax into it it'll eventually stop hurting. Like, if you can tough it out for five minutes, you won't regret it. It's a really earth-shattering orgasm. But a lot of girls just feel the pain, freak out and stop the action, and then don't want to give it a chance. And of course once you're expecting it to be awful and painful, you're going to tense up and it's always going to be awful.
