I know alot of popular bars started working around the laws (if they had slow business going on) to let the 18 yr olds in the bar until 12:00 am and 18 yr old night's on certain nights.

Being from a small town in Kansas, I was at the bars at a young age.

I heard she went with 2 other girls to the bar, but left alone with killer boy ( probally drugged)
The best thing I can tell parents out there (cause their going to party) is stick in a group. That's really the only way I can see life being a little safer for the teenagers growing up. I don't know all the details, as I wasn't there.
