I'm not liking the angle the media is starting to portray this story. Almost all the stories this morning are more interested in the fact that she was doing porn than the fact that she is missing. They start with several paragraphs about people finding out was she does and then start in on the details about her missing.
Statements like these seem to be sensationalizing her porn career : El Dorado Police Chief Tom Boren said FBI and state experts on Internet crime have been called in. "Investigators are aware that Ms. Sander was apparently involved in a Web site situation," he said. "Allegations that this may factor into her disappearance are being thoroughly investigated."
A web site situation? Sounds like someone just discovered free AOL cd's for the first time. Hope they don't focus on the porn aspect so much that it diverts resources away from the fact that she was last seen with someone from her town whose hotel room was full of blood. Sounds more like local trouble than internet crime.
Kudos for the media for doing what they do best and making a mountain out of a molehill. At least it might help some in finding her.
