here's the diet:
5 days, 3 meals 2 hours apart, 4th meal 3 hours after the 3rd
meal 1 - one egg + one tomato
meal 2 - one green apple
meal 3 - one cucumber + 200g fat free cottage cheese
meal 4 - 1 glass of wine
lost weight - 3 to 5 kgs
I'm on day one, lets see if I can make it to day 5
