that kind of kills the argument " the tape has been edited, it can't be credible, they can't go off the tape, etc etc." All they have to do is get a subpoena which t hey could get from the video and bring the car into the dealership to verify how fast it has been driven. Doesn't matter if the orginal tape has been destroyed etc... At this point if i was him I would destroy the car, you have to get rid of all the evidence
