NO FUCKING WAY He is gonna erase the original. He will do his best to hide it, (unless he is a complete idiot it will never surface). Erasing the only actual proof of his "accomplishment" is the last thing on his mind.
It is not likely this would ever see trial, a plea at best. Fact is, unless one of the people there decides to testify against him he is safe. He just better plan on paying them a nice "bonus" this year.
