I prefer sponsors which use NATS, utilize multiple cascading amongst different IPSPs, and pay direct. Either that or just a straight CCBill affiliate program which utilizes CCBill to cut checks.
At this point, I do not really trust any other affiliate software. From my experience, I've gathered that many sponsors out there shave affiliates selectively, based on what kind of traffic they're sending.
