Vivian fasts, she does not eat all day long and then she gives herself one enema about 30 minutes before the shoot.
Some girls do it differently: They don't fast. But they'll give themselves an enema about an hour-and-a-half before the shoot. Give themselves another enema 30 minutes later. And then give themselves another enema right before we start filming.
Fasting is probably a little easier on their colon in the long run.
