If you're looking at having OTHER people host video's I have around 1k 60 second or less clips sitting on my media archive.

You'll have to either modify the import script to your custom script or use one that is already support (hopefully MY script) With my script you'll be able to easily add in some of your own hosted video's and even drop in affiliate links every so often to send people to your sponsors.
