touch your shoulder with your other hand...does it feel higher or lower (sunken) than before???
the first time i dislocated my shoulder (girl dropped me during a drunken wheel barrow race..yeah.stupid) I had no idea what was wrong. I walked back to my apt and took some tylenol....then finally my roommate took me to the hospital...they put me under and popped me back in.
from then on it was ultra easy to pop it out by accident. I finally had surgery after college...nov 2001...now i'm golden.
socks...if you lose any feeling, rush to a hospital. a pinched nerve that is ignored could equal permanent loss of feeling.
but more likely than not...you moved it weird....strained the muscles or ligaments...and now they are sore...so don't worry

I feel your pain. I had the same problem from playing tennis for 15 years. It wouldn't stop popping out so they opened me up, heated the capsule (the labrum), and now my shoulder is as tight as a virgin pussy!
