from what you say....your ok. I learned a lot doing research for my own previous condition before I had the surgery to tighten up my shoulder so it wouldn't pop out ever again.

if you have no loss of feeling...and you can do complete circles then you just have a temporary injury caused by a momentary unnatural movement. The doc said that even one tiny stabilizer muscle can jerk involuntarily during a movement and cause that.
