You guys posting the positive feedback are correct. Phil called me and was angry about my post here for good reason. He immediately rectified the situation without any problems making me feel like the complete idiot that I am sometimes.
I was unfortunately listening to some friends of mine who are not in this business and advised me to do such a stupid thing.
In the past I had expressed discontent with reliablehosting but every time Phil tried to contact me, I was not available. My close friends or family can't even contact me, so how could he? He tried to give me a better deal a long time ago but I myself am to blame for missing the boat.
Being that I have known Phil personally for about 7-8 years, I should have called him direct. I meet him in Thailand before reliablehosting ever got huge and he has never changed one bit. He has always been courteous, professional, helpful and fair.
I had no right saying or writing such nonsense without first talking with him. I've known countless other people having various server nightmares (billing, downtime, etc.) with other providers, none of which I have never experienced.
It just goes to show you that communication is key with long-term relationships of any kind. With that said, I truly apologize for my preconception and presumptions regarding xxxwebhosting. The last thing I wish to do is ruin anyone's hard earned reputation with unjustifiable nonsense.
