same here, I'm quite happy with them. When they changed the way to measure bandwidth because it would "go in my benefit" I told Phil and everybody that wouldn't happen and I expected a huge bandwidth bill. I remember told that at AWI and every "server guy" jumped like "that's impossible and blah-blah-blah" Of course it happened at that very same month and I got a bill 3 times bigger. I talked to Phil and he put me back in the ole good way, where a MB is a MB, not some abstraction, and everything got back to normal.
Just got a mail today about getting 150 more GB or so for the same price, so I think it's OK  4 years and counting
