You obviously don't know how it all works. It has nothing to do with "hiding" anything, and everything to do with working within the law (if don't correctly) the same as you run a corporation in the USA. The only difference is you pay LESS taxes legally. There are some people that use it for totally illegal purposes, but for those of us who don't, this could be a real pain in the ass if passed.
I've said it before and I will say it again... only the poor and the stupid pay a lot of taxes. There are plenty of
legal ways to DRASTICALLY lower your tax burden or pay virtually NO taxes at all.
