As far as AWE sponsored epassporte accounts are concerned, the restrictions have been lifted a few days ago, meaning
all payouts were made as usual. Here's my post from the AWE board:

ePassporte has reverted the changes that were made to gift/sponsored accounts. That means your ePassporte account will function as normal and your payouts from AWE should arrive on time, as usual.

the changes that were made have been reverted across the board.
