I loved that movie.
Most movies don't show the steps taken against the Jews and others. It almost seems impossible to think an entire Government would persecute people with laws. So, seeing the evolution and steps to the nightmare was interesting and made it more understandable how the citizens didn't just freak out. How people were pushed step by step into the full fledged nightmare was so sad to see.
How would you feel if your grandmother was shot in the head by a Nazi? Do you think you would be over it or would you want to maybe "not forget?"
