isn't this recording yourself committing a crime? I don't really care if you do this personally, but what would stop a cop from knocking on your door and arresting you for this? I know they couldn't do it for a minor crime, but 219, that in most states is a felony, or they could get you for Wreckless endangerment + something really creative if a judge really wanted to get you.
Just a thought..... if your not in the us nevermind this, but you said the first one in the USA...
