I don't think Krome went out to screw everyone, and it sounds like he got screwed as badly as anyone else by this. Still, it should be his responsibility. I think this makes it clear why purely biller-run programs are the safest way to go for everyone. Can anyone here imagine CCBill not paying-out on signups?
